I made cookie n cream ice cream by adding oreo chunks in cheap vanilla ice cream.

Mango Coconut

INGREDIENTS

2 cups heavy cream

1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

2 mangos, peeled and cubed, divided

1 teaspoon coconut extract

1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes, divided

Toasted coconut, dried mango and cashews for topping

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP1
Add the heavy cream, condensed milk, half of the mango chunks, coconut extract and half of the coconut to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 5 seconds until combined.

STEP2
Pour the mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining coconut and mango and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.

STEP3
Cut the frozen ice cream into strips, and use a spatula to gently roll the ice cream into short tubes. Place each tube into a bowl and top with toasted coconut, dried mango and toasted cashews.


Blushing Oreo

INGREDIENTS
2 cups heavy cream

1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup fresh, diced strawberries, divided

8 Oreo cookies, cream removed, crushed, divided

Crushed Oreos, sliced strawberries and chocolate syrup for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP1
Add the heavy cream, condensed milk, 4 Oreos and 1/2 cup diced strawberries to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 5 seconds until combined.

STEP2
Pour the mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreos and diced strawberries, and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.

STEP3
Cut the frozen ice cream into strips, and use a spatula to gently roll the ice cream into short tubes. Place each tube into a bowl and top with crushed Oreos, sliced strawberries and chocolate syrup.



Peanut Butter and Jelly


INGREDIENTS
2 cups heavy cream

1, 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup strawberry jam

1/4 cup strawberry syrup

Chopped peanuts and diced strawberries for topping

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP1
Add the heavy cream, condensed milk and peanut butter to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 5 seconds until combined.

STEP2
In a small bowl, whisk together the strawberry jam and strawberry syrup.

STEP3
Pour the ice cream mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet and dollop with the strawberry jam mixture. Use a toothpick to swirl the jam into the peanut butter, and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.

STEP4
Cut the frozen ice cream into strips, and use a spatula to gently roll the ice cream into short tubes. Place each tube into a bowl and top with chopped peanuts and diced strawberries.
